Refund Policy

At Madd Kellin Creative, all projects, services, and digital products are custom-made and tailored specifically to each client. Because every deliverable requires dedicated time, creative labor, and strategic planning, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including change of mind, project cancellation, or dissatisfaction once work has begun or been delivered.

The only exception to this policy is in the case of a duplicate transaction or clear billing error. If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction for review.
